    - ASEAN 회원국에 대해서는 ASEAN Preferential Trading Arrangement에 의거 입찰건당 4만미불을 초과하지 않는 범위에서 2.5%의 우대마진(preferential margin)을 허용함.

    ０대금지급 방법 및 입찰시 사용언어

    - 물품이나 용역의 경우 신용도에 따라 일정기간 외상공급도 가능하며, 건설공사는 공사 진행정도에 따라 기성금을 받고 있음.
